Privacy policy

This policy explains how AREMCO PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”) handles information when you use logaremco. The app is an inventory, GST invoicing and warehouse ledger. It is not a consumer social product.

Data we collect

• Account: name, email, hashed password or OAuth identity.
• Business books you enter: GSTIN, warehouse, products, invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, bank/UPI details, and related PDFs.
• Device: language, theme, online/offline status, audit actions.

What we do not collect

• Precise location, contacts, photos (except files you upload).
• Advertising IDs. We do not sell data or use it for ads.

Use

Data is used only to run the ledger you asked for: authentication, GST calculations, e-invoice submission through a GSP you configure, stock movements, access control, and support. @aremco.in users receive the product at no charge once authorised by CEO@aremco.in or info@aremco.in.

Sharing

We do not sell personal or business data. Invoices you choose to share (WhatsApp, email, download) leave the app under your control. A GSP (ClearTax, IRIS, MasterGST or sandbox) receives NIC JSON only when you generate an IRN.

Retention and deletion

Books remain until an authorised user resets them or access is revoked. Super admins may reset a GSTIN’s transactional data. Contact info@aremco.in to request account deletion.

Security

Sessions use the app’s own authentication. AREMCO company books are visible only to CEO@aremco.in, info@aremco.in, a posted branch manager (that branch) or a Regional Sales Manager (posted state). PAN, TAN and CIN stored on warehouses never print on invoices.
